One of our employer partners is currently hiring for over 15 customer service associates (bilingual) to start August 8, 2017. Below is the full information – If interested, please send your resume to shaw.quan@in-tac.ca as soon as possible.  This employer will be interviewing this week and next.

Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Associates for 6 month contract positions

 

Scope of role:

o    Using a web based program to provide travel counseling support for travel within Canada, USA, and International customers.

o    Selling all products to inbound calls.

o    Providing a high level of customer service

o    Provide support to callers for navigational questions or inquiries.

o    Providing services based on client loyalty program rules and regulation

Job Qualifications

This role is perfect for you if you possess:

o    Excellent Customer Service and ability to work at a fast pace.

o    No Travel background is required, however is an asset – full training is provided.

o    Ability to resolve day to day client concerns while exceeding designated expectations.

o    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.

o    Call Centre experience an asset

 

Other Details:

o    Flexibility to work Shift work in a call centre environment, open 7 days a week.

o    Ability to work a flexible schedule (between 25-40 hours per week)

o    Contract length 6 months – August 8 to February 7, 2017

o    Must be available to start August 8, 2017

o    Possibility to go full-time permanent at contract end

o    $14.00 per hour
