Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepares bi-weekly payroll
    • Performs payroll reconciliation
    • Completes and remits all statutory payments not submitted through ADp
  • Completes AR billing
  • Updates license revenue and maintains license billing schedules
  • Reviews contracts to determine required accounting
  • Attends all services project meetings
  • Prepares month end services revenue for booking
  • Prepares detailed services reports monthly – including revenue, margin, budget vs
  • Prepares monthly project summary for project history and audit purposes
  • Prepares all service and payroll related items for audit
  • Assists in the preparation of the Services annual budget
Job Qualifications


  • A strong sense of curiosity and interest in learning new technologies.
  • You like to iterate quickly and enjoy improving the performance of all aspects of the Finance team
  • You possess or are in pursuit of your Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) and/or Certified Payroll Manager (CPM) designation
  • You have 5-7 years of experience processing payroll in a mid to large size organization
  • You possess or are in pursuit of your Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation
  • You possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance
  • Experience with NetSuite, ADP Run & ADP Workforce Now are assets
