Job Description

OVERVIEW: The Agile Project Manager will support operations of Software-Defined Enterprise (SDE) group. SDE consists of multiple internal technology groups that deliver solutions to employees and the whole business. Agile Project Manager will ensure that SDE projects are properly prioritized, communicated and delivered to the internal stakeholders while using Agile techniques to effectively manage project outcomes.



  • Execute planning process to create and maintain prioritized backlog in Jira
  • Use Jira ticketing system to plan projects, assign responsibilities, track progress and run project status reports
  • Plan and execute Sprints for all Virtual Teams under Software-Defined Enterprise (SDE) group
  • Be the go-to source for information on the scope of work/deliverables for assigned projects, the timeframe for delivery, and the team’s work
  • Work with technical resources to provide and document recommendations on delivering the project work. This will include identifying and removing roadblocks and obstacles and  establishing practical project timelines
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding the project spec, status of delivery, outstanding questions, budgets, project health, and project hours
  • Ensure a high level of stakeholders satisfaction through these prompt and efficient communications and proactive client support
  • Organize and facilitate productive meetings
  • Identify and communicate with upper management projects risks
  • Periodically assess the effectiveness of the mechanisms for, and outcomes from, communication with stakeholders
Job Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: The position requires specialized knowledge and experience in performing the following:

  • A minimum of 1.5 years of Agile Project Management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Jira is required:

EDUCATION: Undergraduate studies in business, computer science, project management or related field; or equivalent experience




An equivalent combination of education and experience, which results in demonstrated ability to apply skills will also be considered.
