Job Description

Sales Administrator (NOC) Part-Time, Contract

 

 

One of In-TAC’s employer partner in Kanata is currently looking for a Sales Administrator (NOC) on a part-time basis (maximum of 25 hours per week) for a 5-6 month period.

 

Responsibilities:

1·         Provide administrative support to Sales Representatives;

$·         Verify sales contracts;

$·         Validate sales orders and confirm accuracy of account set up;

$·         Process new orders, modifications to service contracts;

$·         Create sites in internal CRM; and

$·         Work cooperatively with both Sales and Finance teams to ensure proper billing is in place.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications: 

$·         1-3 years’ experience working in finance or sales

$·         College degree or equivalent in progress;

$·         Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel;

$·         Good relationship building abilities and customer service skills;

$·         Excellent customer service skills (responsiveness, follows procedure, polite/professional behaviour over the phone & email, etc.)

$·         Proactive (notices issues and puts solutions in place to handle them) and process improvement driven

$·         Great attention to detail, accuracy of data, and organization skills;

$·         Must have excellent organizational and task management skills with an eye for detail;

$·         Able to prioritize tasks, adapt to change, work on multiple projects navigating between different priorities and stay organized

$·         Possess qualities such as integrity, fair mindedness, and a persuasive, congenial personality;

$·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and

$·         Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tool would be considered an asset.

$·         Reports are delivered in agreed frequency and quality;

$·         Customer requests are responded to in a timely manner and to customer satisfaction;

$·         Documentation for the entrusted area is maintained and distributed to the team; and

$·         Partner Retention.
